According to the Multiple Listing Service for Brevard 359 lender owned homes for sale 148 foreclosed homes are under contract to purchase 240 foreclosed homes have been purchased since the beginning of the year 71 foreclosed homes sold for the whole year in 2007

Buyers are easing their way back into the market and are currently scooping up some bargains. Aggressive sellers that can price their homes competitively are moving them off the market in 3 to 5 months. Location, and condition are absolute essentials in this competitive market, for a seller.
