Hi, I'm Sandy Shores, a full service Melbourne Realtor in Brevard County Florida since 1996. I came to Florida in 1968 and have lived in Melbourne since 1975. I love it here! I remember when homes were selling for $30K, $40K and $50K. I have watched Melbourne grow from a quiet little sleepy town, to a bustling city with serene views of the Indian River Lagoon and the Banana River. Plus, Florida's Space Coast is home to NASA's space shuttle and rocket launch program. I can stand in my front lawn and watch the breathtaking views of the shuttle or rockets being launched out of Cape Canaveral when others only get to read about it, or see it on TV! Brevard County truly has so much to offer!
